Subscriptions & Membership Cancelation Policy


Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription/membership or a pre-order. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.



Subscriptions & Memberships

UMMA JIU-JITSU memberships are billed on the 1st of each month on a recurring basis.


If you wish to cancel your membership, you must submit a written notice via email to support@ummajiujitsu.com. at least 30 days in advance. 

 

No Refund Policy

Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.

All membership payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Membership dues

  • Registration fees

  • Equipment; Gi/Kimono; Rash-guards, Shorts purchases

 

Attendance Does Not Affect Billing

Membership dues are based on enrollment, not class attendance. 

Refunds, credits, or adjustments will not be issued for missed classes, vacations, schedule conflicts, illness, or any other absence.


Additionally, if you choose to cancel or pause your active membership, any special rates, founding member discounts, or bonuses associated with your account will be forfeited. If you decide to rejoin in the future, your membership will resume at the standard rate.



Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance when the product is ready for fulfillment.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled; however, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on our Returns Policy.
