Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 dollars.

$12 Shipping Fee for orders under $75.

Expedited and Express rates calculated at checkout.
- Pick ups are always free. (When pick up products are ready, you will get a notification to your email)
Order Processing

Orders processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking

You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for updates.
Delivery Issues

Missing Packages: UMMA Jiu-Jitsu is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates using your tracking number.

Damaged/Defective Items: Please Inspect your package immediately upon delivery, if your product is damaged or defective notify us immediately for a resolution.

Incorrect Address: We’re not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses. Please double-check before submitting your order.
International Shipping
